On-Call Planning Services (City Planning Consultant) | Kemmerer, WY

As the on-call City Planning Consultant for Kemmerer, WY since 2022, J-U-B has provided professional planning services for Community Development staff, the Zoning Board, and City Council. Services include review and analysis of land development applications for subdivision and planned unit development proposals, conditional uses, and variances, and advising city staff on best management practices for large-scale, multi-phase subdivisions and various development proposals, including housing and commercial projects. On-call services also include availability to respond to zoning questions, including but not limited to drafting written decisions, interpreting city code, and providing recommendations for policy, administration, and procedural compliance with Wyoming State Statutes and Kemmerer City Code.
