Project Planning and Visioning
J-U-B guided the City of Kuna through project planning, visioning, public involvement, and the preparation of a Downtown Revitalization Plan. This included assisting with successful funding applications for the multi-phase Main Street/Avenue E downtown revitalization effort.
Infrastructure Improvements
A combined effort with the City led to significant infrastructure upgrades in Kuna’s downtown core. Improvements included new curb, gutter, decorative sidewalks and public art, landscaping, drainage systems, decorative lighting, pedestrian enhancements, and ADA-compliant features along Main Street and Avenue E.
Stakeholder Collaboration
J-U-B worked closely with the City and key stakeholders, including the Kuna Economic Development Committee and the Ada County Highway District (ACHD), throughout the project. From early concept development and fundraising to building project awareness and garnering community support, J-U-B played a vital role in driving the project forward.
