STEP 1: System Optimization Review Master Plan

Year after year, we worked diligently to secure grant funding for prioritized projects within the client’s Master Plan.

Over 13 years, we secured $14.5 million in grant funding for the Davis & Weber Counties Canal Company, which supported 15 key projects totaling $32.9 million.

STEP 4: Reporting Process

To remain in compliance with mandatory requirements, we monitored reporting schedules. We provided each funder with periodic updates on our client’s project progress and expenditures, including details on accomplishments and challenges.
