Over the past 13 years, we’ve partnered with the Bostwick Park Water District in Colorado, guiding them through a multifaceted water resource improvement program. Our expertise in grant writing and project management has secured significant funding and enabled the implementation of diverse projects that enhance water efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Phase 1: Planning for the Future: We collaborated with Bostwick Park to identify key needs and develop comprehensive plans for water resource management. These planning efforts laid the foundation for the subsequent project implementation phases.
Phase 2: Securing Funding for Critical Projects: We leveraged our extensive experience to secure funding from a variety of sources. Over 13 years, we successfully wrote over 15 grants across 6 different funding programs with 3 separate agencies, resulting in an impressive $37,139,970 in grant funding.
Phase 3: Implementing a Diverse Portfolio of Projects: This substantial funding supported a wide range of projects totaling $41,465,333, addressing diverse needs within the district. These projects included:
- Renewable Energy: Development of hydro projects and integration of solar power.
- Infrastructure Improvements: Pipeline enhancements, SCADA system implementation, canal lining and piping, and pipeline measurement improvements.
- Water Management: Implementation of water management strategies and multiple salinity reduction projects.
- Flood Mitigation: Flood prevention projects to protect the community.
- Environmental Stewardship: Public fish and wildlife projects to enhance ecological health.
