He enjoys working closely with clients from planning through design and construction to ensure project quality, schedule adherence, and alignment with project goals.

Angie’s background in geotechnical engineering, paired with her expertise in contract administration and cost negotiation, makes her a trusted project manager for local agencies such as East Side and Worley Highway Districts. She is a corporate-wide resource for pavement design and materials specifications and is well-versed in the LHTAC Local Agency process.

Bryce has more than 27 years of experience in municipal and water resources engineering, with specialized expertise in water, sewer, streets, pressure irrigation systems, canal systems, and utility design.  He has been the designated Clinton City engineer for over 23 years and understand cities needs as they grow and as infrastructure ages.  He has overseen $50 million in street, water, and sewer grants for Clinton City.  As J-U-B’s NRCS Watershed Program Lead, he plays a key role in the development of watershed projects across Idaho and Utah totaling over $110 million. Bryce has extensive experience working with both the NRCS and Bureau of Reclamation.  His past work includes leading design and construction for more than 14 miles of canal improvements totaling over $53 million.

Chris has 24 years of consultant engineering experience largely focused on water resource and facilities planning and design in Utah and Idaho. His experience includes master planning for drought response and mitigation, sewer and water system master plans and design, storm water and irrigation system master planning and design, and other water related projects.  Most of the master plans that he works on are regional with many stakeholders with various interests that require robust stakeholder processes.  He has found that stakeholder input is critical to developing actionable plans that are successful. His experience and technical understanding of water issues allow him to be effective in these plans.

He has played a key role in delivering intersection redesigns, safety improvements, bike and pedestrian improvements, and corridor improvements that have directly supported the region’s growing communities.

In addition to his emphasis in water design, Jason also has a widely varied experience base to draw from including roadway, signal, utility, airport, land development, and trail projects.  The breadth of knowledge and experience that Jason brings to his clients is valuable as it allows for creative thinking and the development of innovative solutions. This skill is particularly critical on high-risk projects where out of the box thinking can reduce risk, preserve project timelines, and schedules, and manage costs on complex and challenging projects. Jay now primarily focuses on mentoring, coaching staff, quality control and his contract city engineering and local agency project support.

Jestin’s extensive knowledge of federal government programs makes him an invaluable asset to the company. Jestin excels in managing complex design and construction projects, coordinating intricate project teams to offer clients a unique resource. His proactive communication and ability to address issues before they become problems consistently result in outstanding project delivery. He has worked extensively with municipalities on treatment plant design, collection system planning, and biological nutrient removal of nitrogen and phosphorus using oxidation ditches and membrane bioreactors. His expertise includes tertiary treatment methods such as membrane filtration and upflow sand filters to achieve stringent phosphorus limits. Levi has also led EPA-funded pilot studies on heavy metals and phosphorus removal. In addition to his technical expertise, he provides quality control and assurance reviews, ensuring efficient, sustainable water treatment solutions.

Ray is J-U-B’s corporate Electrical Engineering Group Manager and former president of AEI Engineering, an electrical and control systems engineering firm that was acquired by J-U-B ENGINEERS in February 2024. He has over 35 years of electrical and control systems planning, design and construction management experience and has specialized in municipal water and wastewater projects for over 28 years. In addition to his municipality work, Ray has a broad range of experience providing electrical engineering services across most of our other major service categories. Ray is an Emeritus Member of the Idaho Board of Licensure of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors, having served on the Board from 2015 to 2025. During his tenure, he held multiple leadership roles, including two terms each as Secretary, Vice Chair and Chair. In addition to his professional service, Ray is actively involved in his community. He served four years on the City Council of Fernan Lake Village and is now serving as Mayor.

Tim is active in professional associations that support the profession.  He currently serves as Chairman of Idaho’s Qualifications Based Selection Council, Chairman of ACEC’s National Risk Management Committee, Chairman of the University of Idaho College of Engineering Advisory Board and is member or ACEC Idaho’s Government Affairs Committee.

Known for his leadership, team building, communication, and ability to navigate multi-agency coordination, Vince consistently delivers successful outcomes on both private and public sector developments. Zan has more than 27 years of experience at J-U-B Engineers, progressing from design engineer to program manager. He currently serves as an Executive Vice President for the company. His experience has focused on planning and design of water resources projects including hydrology, hydraulics and structural design. Zan’s ability to communicate and listen to clients, stakeholders and co-workers have benefited him as he works with local government, state, and federal agencies on projects of all size. He actively supports the local community through involvement at Utah State University on their Civil and Environmental Industry Advisory Board and as a volunteer National Ski Patroller at Beaver Mountain in northern Utah.

Steve has led water and wastewater projects involving large municipal wells, membrane filtration, activated sludge, disinfection, outfalls, constructed wetlands, biosolids management, and septage, with a strong focus on low-energy, cost-effective solutions. He is an active Rotarian and has served in different leadership positions for WEF member associations.
