He has focused his career on serving local municipalities, counties, state government divisions, special service districts, and airports though out the intermountain west. He is a qualified client and project manager who advocates for the communities he serves.  Neal focuses his efforts on helping our team fulfill project requirements and provide a valuable work product to our clients.  His personal interest in clients’ leads to actionable project outcomes. His experience includes many years of GIS and planning; today he directs the J-U-B team that develops Airport Master Plans and strategies for planning future growth of airfield facilities along with ALP updates. Because of his background in technology and geography, Neal effectively develops intentional planning and implantation strategies for engineering and construction projects, airspace analysis, facility improvements, and land use considerations.

Shawn specializes in Runway, Taxiway and Apron design as well as Airport Master Plan Layouts and Airspace Analysis. In his current role, he is responsible for standardizing and quality control of deliverables, assigning and tracking design tasks, technical resource planning, and training across the Aviation Services Group. Shawn is also a commercial instrument rated pilot with over 400 hours of flying experience and loves flying small single engine planes all over the Northwest.

He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the development of residential and mixed-use communities, as well as retail, office, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, hospital, college, and K–12 school projects. A trusted and experienced leader, Brad offers expertise in project management, public relations, design, entitlements, and construction, enabling him to deliver complex land development projects successfully. He also has extensive experience in urban renewal, including the use of tax increment financing (TIF), and has completed projects for municipalities, institutions, and private developers throughout the region. Brad is passionate about economic development and currently serves as Board Chair of the Coeur d’Alene Area Economic Development Corporation.

Passionate about bridges, Chris enjoys the collaborative, multidisciplinary nature of bridge design and construction and makes a point to visit notable bridges whenever he travels. He is an active member of ACEC Idaho, having served on and led several committees, and was recognized as Engineer of the Year by the Southern Utah Branch of ASCE. Chris’s commitment to strengthening infrastructure, enhancing communities, and building up the professionals around him makes him a valued member of J-U-B’s leadership team.

Dan’s work spans the full project lifecycle – from planning and design through construction oversight – for a wide range of municipal and state clients. Dan specializes in urban and rural roadway design, multimodal infrastructure, bridge reconstruction, and major corridor improvements. He has played a key role in delivering intersection redesigns, safety improvements, bike and pedestrian improvements, and corridor improvements that have directly supported the region’s growing communities.

Throughout his career, Kevin has served as engineer-of-record, project manager, and construction engineering lead on projects ranging from urban roadway reconstructions and corridor widenings to multimodal transportation improvements and major grant-funded infrastructure initiatives. This hands-on experience provides the technical foundation for his leadership and commitment to successful project delivery. As Project Delivery Team Lead, Kevin leads a diverse team of project engineers, designers, and technical professionals responsible for delivering transportation projects across the Pacific Northwest. He works closely with staff to build technical expertise, strengthen project delivery practices, and develop the next generation of leaders within J-U-B. By combining technical knowledge with strategic guidance and mentorship, Kevin helps teams navigate complex challenges and deliver projects that create lasting value for clients and communities. Shane Dyer is a member of the Board of Directors and the Surface Water Business Sector Leader at J-U-B Engineers. He began working in the engineering industry in 1998 and brings more than 22 years of professional engineering experience in water resources, infrastructure, and project delivery. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business.

Shane is recognized for his expertise in dam engineering, hydrology and hydraulics, irrigation engineering, flood control, stormwater management, and water resources planning. He has led multidisciplinary teams on complex, large-scale projects throughout the western United States.

Shane has been recognized for both professional achievement and community leadership, including serving as President of ACEC Nevada, being named the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Young Engineer of the Year in 2014, and being recognized as one of Reno’s 20 Under 40 in 2017. He remains committed to advancing the engineering profession through mentorship, innovation, and the delivery of practical solutions to complex water resource challenges.

His areas of expertise include irrigation systems, urban stormwater drainage, hydraulic engineering, environmental review and planning, water conservation, water conveyance systems, pipeline design, sewage collection systems, and grant and loan applications. Ben has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech and a MS in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.  He holds PE licenses in WA, OR, ID, UT, and NV and is a Certified Water Rights Examiner in WA, OR, ID, and UT.  He is also a Water Distribution Manager in WA, a Licensed Well Driller in WA, and a Water Rights Surveyor in NV.  In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking and trail running on the amazing trails around Reno.

Bryce has more than 27 years of experience in municipal and water resources engineering, with specialized expertise in water, sewer, streets, pressure irrigation systems, canal systems, and utility design.  He has been the designated Clinton City engineer for over 23 years and understand cities needs as they grow and as infrastructure ages.  He has overseen $50 million in street, water, and sewer grants for Clinton City.  As J-U-B’s NRCS Watershed Program Lead, he plays a key role in the development of watershed projects across Idaho and Utah totaling over $110 million. Bryce has extensive experience working with both the NRCS and Bureau of Reclamation.  His past work includes leading design and construction for more than 14 miles of canal improvements totaling over $53 million.

Alex has more than 22 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with specialized expertise in the planning, design, and construction of municipal infrastructure. He has successfully delivered projects for both public and private clients across Washington and the surrounding region. His technical background includes sewer flow monitoring and modeling, collection and lift station design, wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution systems, tank and booster station design, stormwater collection, and wetland enhancement. As a project manager, Alex provides leadership through all project phases, ensuring responsive service and effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Proficient in ESRI software and multiple programming languages, Kasey also provides training, software implementation, and on-site GIS support for public and private sector clients. Shane Dyer is a member of the Board of Directors and the Surface Water Business Sector Leader at J-U-B Engineers. He began working in the engineering industry in 1998 and brings more than 22 years of professional engineering experience in water resources, infrastructure, and project delivery. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business.

Shane is recognized for his expertise in dam engineering, hydrology and hydraulics, irrigation engineering, flood control, stormwater management, and water resources planning. He has led multidisciplinary teams on complex, large-scale projects throughout the western United States.

Shane has been recognized for both professional achievement and community leadership, including serving as President of ACEC Nevada, being named the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Young Engineer of the Year in 2014, and being recognized as one of Reno’s 20 Under 40 in 2017. He remains committed to advancing the engineering profession through mentorship, innovation, and the delivery of practical solutions to complex water resource challenges.

His passion is helping large and small clients solve their toughest challenges while keeping them affordable. His expertise spans system modeling and evaluation, water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection. Steve has led water and wastewater projects involving large municipal wells, membrane filtration, activated sludge, disinfection, outfalls, constructed wetlands, biosolids management, and septage, with a strong focus on low-energy, cost-effective solutions. He is an active Rotarian and has served in different leadership positions for WEF member associations.

Tim also serves as the Alternate National Director for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Idaho and is an active member of the Transportation Funding and Idaho Transportation Department Liaison committees. He is a strong advocate for sustainable infrastructure funding and workforce development initiatives.

Tim is active in professional associations that support the profession.  He currently serves as Chairman of Idaho’s Qualifications Based Selection Council, Chairman of ACEC’s National Risk Management Committee, Chairman of the University of Idaho College of Engineering Advisory Board and is member or ACEC Idaho’s Government Affairs Committee.
