Lewis Clark Valley: Dream It. Do It… Here, Annual Youth Conference Sponsorship

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is proud to once again sponsor the Dream It. Do It…Northwest Intermountain Youth Conference, held at Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston. This is an event dedicated to connecting students with meaningful career opportunities across our region.

In May, approximately 500 high school sophomores and juniors, along with more than 50 counselors representing 28 public and private school districts from north central Idaho and southeast Washington, will gather for a day of hands-on experience of building awareness and help students explore potential career paths.

This annual conference introduces participants to a wide range of regional industries through employer-led breakout sessions and exposure to education pathways. As a long-time supporter, J-U-B is proud to highlight careers within civil engineering, landscape architecture, planning, and land surveying.

Support from sponsors like J-U-B ensures the conference remains free for all students, teachers, and counselors, removing barriers and opening doors to valuable career exploration experiences.

Last year, J-U-B team members engaged with approximately 100 students through an interactive introduction to professional land surveying. Students gained hands-on experience with industry technology, explored real-world tools, and learned about the history and impact of the profession. We look forward to building on that momentum and continuing to inspire the next generation.
