Vince is J-U-B’s Corporate Land Development Group Manager, bringing more than 40 years of engineering experience managing complex land development and infrastructure projects across the intermountain west. His expertise spans site engineering and master-planned communities, storm drainage, grading, street and highway design, utility coordination, entitlements, and finding creative solutions. Vince has led diverse teams of professionals on projects ranging from master-planned communities and retail rollouts to distribution centers and institutional facilities. Known for his leadership, team building, communication, and ability to navigate multi-agency coordination, Vince consistently delivers successful outcomes on both private and public sector developments. He also serves as the Board Chair for of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Washington. Vince served on J-U-B’s Board of Directors from 2012 to 2025
