As Chairman, Tim leads the Board of Directors in their duties to provide company governance, oversight, ownership transition, and direction. Tim also coaches the Executive Committee and supports their efforts in running the company. As J-U-B’s Risk Manager, Tim provides the Team support in contract negotiations, claims and litigation handling, insurance coverage, and risk management training. Tim is active in professional associations that support the profession. He currently serves as Chairman of Idaho’s Qualifications Based Selection Council, Chairman of ACEC’s National Risk Management Committee, Chairman of the University of Idaho College of Engineering Advisory Board and is member or ACEC Idaho’s Government Affairs Committee.
