Steve is a senior water and wastewater engineer at J-U-B with more than 30 years of experience specializing in utility planning, design, and construction across the Intermountain West. His passion is helping large and small clients solve their toughest challenges while keeping them affordable. His expertise spans system modeling and evaluation, water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection. Steve has led water and wastewater projects involving large municipal wells, membrane filtration, activated sludge, disinfection, outfalls, constructed wetlands, biosolids management, and septage, with a strong focus on low-energy, cost-effective solutions. He is an active Rotarian and has served in different leadership positions for WEF member associations.
