Bryce has more than 27 years of experience in municipal and water resources engineering, with specialized expertise in water, sewer, streets, pressure irrigation systems, canal systems, and utility design. He has been the designated Clinton City engineer for over 23 years and understand cities needs as they grow and as infrastructure ages. He has overseen $50 million in street, water, and sewer grants for Clinton City. As J-U-B’s NRCS Watershed Program Lead, he plays a key role in the development of watershed projects across Idaho and Utah totaling over $110 million. Bryce has extensive experience working with both the NRCS and Bureau of Reclamation. His past work includes leading design and construction for more than 14 miles of canal improvements totaling over $53 million.
