Brian has over 30 years of wide-ranging experience in urban and rural transportation projects and municipal infrastructure engineering planning, design, and construction. He has worked on and managed several large civil engineering projects specifically related to urban transportation infrastructure improvements and has been involved with downtown revitalization studies and construction plan improvements throughout the Intermountain States. Brian is involved with the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) has been a member of J-U-B’s Executive Committee since 2020.
