J-U-B Engineers 2026 Shareholders Meeting Recap

The 2026 J-U-B Shareholders Meeting was held in Boise on Saturday, March 21st, with a near-record 108 shareholders in attendance. The events started with a reception Friday evening where owners met and mingled in a casual atmosphere. Saturday’s meeting included:

  • Call to order and welcome by Tim Haener, Chairman.
  • McKenna Thompson (of Ripley Doorn) presentation on J-U-B’s financial statements and related benchmarks for Year End 2025. The shareholders recognized the service of Laurel Fritz, who has served as Corporate Treasurer for the last five years.
  • Election of the following Directors, each to a two-year term: Tim Blair, Alex Fazzari, Toby Epler, and Share Dyer. They will join the following current directors: Steve James, Kasey Hansen, Alan Giesbreicht, and Tim Haener.
  • Tim Haener presented his thoughts on the future of J-U-B.
  • J-U-B’s Executive Committee, represented by Brian Smith (CEO/President) and Cory Baune (COO/Executive Vice President) presented on the state of the firm including review of the firm’s Strategic Plan and Balanced Scorecard for 2025, updates on the company reorganization, and priorities for 2026.
  • Board and Officers stood for questions from shareholders, including many on AI implementation and potential ramifications to the industry, which were addressed by Director of Innovation, Kasey Hansen.
