J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc., continues to invest in the next generation of civil engineers through meaningful engagement with university students across the region.
A few years ago, J-U-B donated funds and volunteered to help the Utah State University (USU) Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) program remodel an old study area for students, now proudly known as the J-U-B Study Room. Each school year, the J-U-B Logan office team visits the CEE students to host lunch, connect with future engineers, and share advice as they begin their professional journeys.
This ongoing tradition fulfills J-U-B’s purpose of Helping Each Other Create Better Communities by providing opportunities to mentor and recruit students whose values align with J-U-B’s mission. Through these events, J-U-B has welcomed many talented interns and new graduates who now contribute to projects across multiple J-U-B offices.
Meanwhile, several Young Professionals (YPs) from J-U-B’s Fort Collins office brought their energy and experience to the Colorado State University Career Fair. Throughout the event, their booth was buzzing as students stopped by to ask about career paths, day-to-day work, and how to get started in the industry. The YPs shared insights from their current projects, answered questions, and inspired students eager to make an impact through engineering.
These events reflect J-U-B’s ongoing commitment to supporting education, fostering professional growth, and connecting with emerging talent who will help build the communities of tomorrow.
