Funding

J-U-B has a distinctive way of helping clients fund projects. We use a three-fold process strategic planning, extensive grant research, and proposal development. J-U-B has built a reputation for creating fund development materials that get results! This unique process allows communities to access funding from a variety of sources.

J-U-B is poised as the local expert to assist all our clients in every aspect of project funding, and we bring a broad range of tools to help move the process along. The key to any successful project is to acquire and properly utilize available funding and affordable financing. Federal funding programs often help small communities upgrade their utility systems and J-U-B recognizes that fact and has secured funding for a variety of projects for communities throughout the western United States.

J-U-B also assisted communities in obtaining revenue and general obligation bonds, loans, and federal appropriations. J-U-B works very closely with communities to assist in setting up impact fees for new development and helps establish appropriate levels of user fees for normal operation and maintenance of needed infrastructure.

Our project managers are well versed in many of these funding sources and have developed good working relationships with staff members of many agencies. We understand the process and information needed by the staff to process requests expeditiously.
