Prosser Airport - Port of Benton, Prosser, WA Client: Port of Benton, Prosser, Washington Overview J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. has been the Airport Engineer for the Prosser Airport since 1999. J-U-B regularly updates the Airport Layout Plan and assists the Port with other airport-related needs. A new updated Capital Improvement Plan is developed and submitted to the FAA each year. Projects at Prosser Airport include: Expansion of the apron to provide more tie-down areas - 2002 Runway lighting - 2003 Electrical wiring replacement - 2003 Perimeter fencing and MIRLs - 2003 Land acquisition – 2004 Airport Layout Plan and Master Plan update - 2005 Environmental assessment - 2006
