The Town of Vineyard, located forty miles south of Salt Lake City, Utah, has a current population of 140 people. The projected population by 2008 is 3,000 and buildout is 25,000-30,000 by year 2030. Vineyard is a small farming community and the former site of Geneva Steel Mill. 70% of the town is now rapidly being developed into Commercial, Industrial, and residential properties.
