Camelot Village Client: Arrowstar Development – Springville, Utah Overview Camelot Village is a residential planned community located in close proximity to I-15 in southwest Springville. The development represents an excellent use of multiple housing types. This project was designed in conjunction with Springville Plaza that serves as a close retail market place for the area. This project included: Housing options which include single family, townhomes, twinhomes, condominiums and cottage units A circulatory trail system serving the community Both public and private road systems Complete surveying support Land planning Park space design for leisure and recreational uses A complex storm water detention design
