Smoky Mountain Campground

This project is a fully equipped RV-Campground facility in our very own Idaho Mountains. The project is located approximately two miles southwest of Almo, Idaho, near the east boundary of the City of Rocks National Reserve and the Castle Rocks State Park. There are many trails that are open to hiking and horse-back riding, and easy vehicular access to both nearby parks. There is paved two-lane access to the Smoky Mountain Campground, as well as extra parking within the campground.

Saratoga Springs Neptune Park - Saratoga Springs, UT

This 10 acre park is intended to become a “destination” within the City. It will accommodate the City’s desperate need for youth recreation facilities and a permanent home for the City’s civic activities, chief of which is the annual “Saratoga Splash” each June.

11th Avenue Extension Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation - Nampa, ID

This project included a study of alternative methods for the rehabilitation of approximately 4,800 linear feet of 10-, 12-, and 18-inch sanitary sewer mains.

City of Boise Collection System Facility Plan 2020 - Boise, ID

J-U-B completed the Facility Plan 2020 project for the City of Boise. J-U-B’s converted and consolidated various watershed-related master plans into a single ‘city wide’ hydraulic model linked with the City’s GIS database culminating over 20 years of master planning.

Central Davis Headworks Screening Equipment - Centerville, UT

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. was hired by Central Davis Sewer District (CDSD) because their screening equipment was showing its age and had reached the end of its design life. Raw wastewater was bypassing the old screens and CDSD relied on J-U-B to remedy the insufficiencies.

J-U-B provided design services to the City of Grace, Idaho for their Water System Improvement Project.

Parks Road - Lakes Highway District, ID

In 2008, J-U-B surveyors performed the topographic surveying, right-of-way determination, and construction staking for the Parks Road Reconstruction. The nature of this project required numerous short trips to the site for staking requests. J-U-B was able to meet these demanding schedules.

Steele Curve - Lakes Highway District, ID

This project required a corridor survey of approximately ¾ of a mile of road at the intersection of Lancaster Road and East Hayden Lake Road. J-U-B’s surveyors performed the topographic surveying, existing right-of-way delineation, right-of-way acquisition legal descriptions and exhibits, and construction staking for this project. J-U-B successfully worked with the US Department of Agriculture in planning for the removal and replacement of key monuments defining property boundaries they control.

Midtown Revitalization - City of Coeur d'Alene, ID

The City of Coeur d’Alene, in conjunction with the Lake City Development Corporation (LCDC) and Midtown business owners, provided funding to revitalize the 4th Street corridor from Lakeside Avenue to Harrison Avenue. J-U-B surveyors provided the topographic, right-of-way, construction, and surveying for this project.

From 1990 through today, the City of Coeur d’Alene has been transforming its urban core with street, intersection, and roadside improvements. J-U-B has surveyed over ten miles of these projects for planning, design, and construction in busy and complicated commercial corridors as well as trail and pedestrian improvements.

Lancaster Road, Phase 1 - Lakes Highway District, ID

The J-U-B Survey team provided the topographic surveying, existing right-of-way determination, right-of-way acquisition, legal descriptions, and construction staking for this project. This project was one of the first within Lakes Highway District where the Contractor utilized GPS machine control for grading. J-U-B worked alongside the Highway District to prepare QA/QC procedures to assure this highly efficient method was also accurate.
